About the role
You are the face of AL LEBAS on the floor. You help clients find pieces that feel considered — from everyday essentials to occasion wear — and you do it with calm, unhurried attention.
What you will do
- Welcome clients and understand what they need, including sizing and modest styling.
- Keep the floor, fittings, and stock presentation to house standard.
- Record preferences so returning clients feel remembered.
- Support seasonal displays and in-store events as needed.
What you will need
- Clear, respectful communication in English and Bangla.
- Comfort with fittings, sizing, and personal service.
- A genuine interest in modest fashion and a polished presence.
- Retail or hospitality experience is an advantage.
